Our Monarch Organic Blend is a combination of three organic coffee beans: Italian Colombian Roast, Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, and Colombian Excelso. This blend is a complex and nuanced combination of flavors and aromas. The Italian roast provides a rich and bold foundation, with notes of dark chocolate and roasted nuts. The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe adds a bright and fruity acidity, with hints of citrus and berries, that balances the richness of the Italian roast. The Colombian Excelso brings a medium body with notes of caramel and honey, adding a touch of sweetness to the blend.

The Monarch Butterfly flutters through Colorado in the spring on it’s 3,000 mile migration from Mexico to Canada. We wanted to bring awareness to the declining population of the monarch butterfly as they are vital pollinators in our ecosystem. With an 80% decline in their population, we want to help reduce this decline and increase awareness by giving 10% of our profits from retail purchases of our Monarch Organic Blend to the Monarch Butterfly Fund.
